We are trained and certified in Advanced Training in Conducting Mental Health Evaluations for Immigration Cases. Our in-depth and well-documented evaluations provide a professional and trusted voice to you and your suffering.

Psychological evaluations are cited as decisive evidence in 70-80% of USCIS applications

Our Focus:

  • Giving Each Person Their Best Chance
  • Providing Inadmissible Evidence
  • Therapeutically Explaining Any Concerns to Remove False Prejudice or Bias
  • Turning Weak Points In Applications Into Strengths
  • Giving A Fast Turnaround
Evaluations Provide Trusted Evidence

Your report will be thorough, highly-detailed, and professionally written to give your Immigration Officer the best evidence to support your application.

Why Are
Immigration Psychological Evaluations
A Must Have?

Often times evidence of your suffering can not be seen because of it being mental. A Psychological Immigration Evaluation raises both you and your Immigration Officer’s awareness, giving your application it’s best chance. A licensed Mental Health Therapist is able to explain what has happened and why it is important to your application professionally and therapeutically. This allows your Immigration Officer or Judge to hear your voice without bias as they trust the evidence and not just your word.

How do
Immigration Psychological Evaluations
Work?

You will meet with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor virtually over your phone or computer to have two interviews. Each interview will be 1 to 1.5 hours long where you will get a chance to discuss who you are, what has happened to you, and what you are looking for. Your Therapist will provide multiple assessments to better explain what you have been through. After completing your interview, your Therapist will provide a 10 – 12 page report explaining your case thoroughly and effectively to your Immigration Officer.

Immigration Clients

Upon talking to you and having a free consultation, we will work to first obtain you legal representation. After being represented legally and talking with your lawyer as to your needs, an Immigration Psychological Evaluation will be conducted to add to your USCIS application.
